When Indy Floor Restore came to us, they needed a cohesive digital presence to match their branding. We started out by doing our homework. We asked some questions to help us in our research—What about their current site is not working? How do they want to be seen by potential clients? Then we dug deeper to find answers that would make our design stronger. During the process we uncovered some problem areas—having recently undergone a rebrand, their website hadn’t made the transition yet. Another observation we made was that their website didn’t properly showcase the beautiful floor restoration that they had done for previous clients. Armed with that information, we set out to design a website that was consistent with the look and feel of their new brand, highlighting the amazing results that they achieve for their clients.
The new mobile-friendly design makes it easy for potential and existing customers alike to find information about the different services that Indy Floor Restore offers. Contact information is easy to access, and the site is easily viewed on multiple device sizes. Featuring photos of their previous restoration projects and client testimonials, their new online presence is better aligned with the caliber of work that Indy Floor Restore provides.
