Jennifer is an entrepreneur and began A La Cart Projects to bridge the gap between people and their desire to be creative. A La Cart allows customers to create pre-set projects DIY style by themselves or in a group setting.
A La Cart wanted to give customers flexibility. They wanted to select their choice of project, the choice to host a party or attend a pre-scheduled public event, or to purchase an item on its own. A La Cart needed feature each piece of art, event registrations and project purchasing on the site, but first, they needed to overhaul their existing brand mark to reflect the creative experience that they provide their customers.
Kicks Digital began with a logo revision and introduced a playful, yet inspired color palette. With revised branding, the next obstacle was communicating each option available to the customer. While there are similar business models out there, A La Cart is truly unique.
Kicks Digital knew that communicating the concept and streamlining the check-out process to include event registration and payment needed to be as simple as possible to avoid cart abandonment. Through design, Kicks Digital illustrates the business model and guides the viewer through their purchasing and registration options. Now, customers enter the site and are confident in their navigation, event registration, check out and email confirmation that supports their experience.
