With an inventory of furniture as far back as the 1800s, Liberty & 33rd’s catalog goes toe to toe with the best of them. But without a physical showroom to visit in person, it can be hard for the average shopper to sort through the sheer breadth of furniture to find that special piece for their home.
By far the most critical part of Liberty & 33rd’s new website was an ecommerce platform that allowed for dynamic filtering. With dozens of styles, rooms, categories, designers and brands to account for, Kicks made navigating our client’s inventory as intuitive as taking a stroll through a showroom.
Within a week of the new liberty33rd.com going live, furniture started flying off the virtual shelves. We were thrilled to hear that sales to the tune of several thousands of dollars came along with major compliments on the website’s design. Boom goes the ecomm bomb.
Professional interior designers have a lot of choices when it comes to high-quality furniture. To give them the special treatment they expect, Kicks built out a trade program page to earn their trust and business. The pages gives that all-important audience an insider’s view of Liberty & 33rd’s restoration process, partnership benefits and shipping protocols.
We implemented an account system that lets professionals sign up, submit their credentials and get approved as a Liberty & 33rd partner. Those user accounts let users see recently viewed products, save them to a wishlist and purchase right from their saved pieces.
One of the biggest perks of the trade program is a discount across the board on Liberty & 33rd’s catalog. Kicks built a dynamic pricing tool that automatically populates discounts for trade partners. That’s a quick and easy checkout option for professional users, and saves the Liberty & 33rd team a boatload of phone calls asking for their “best price.”
Making a $5,000+ purchase online isn’t always the easiest sell. Liberty & 33rd’s high-quality photography gives shoppers a great view of pieces they have their eye on, but the more information they can get the better — especially for those with tight budgets who might otherwise turn to cheaper options like Crate & Barrel.
Content marketing was a natural fit to ease those big-ticket purchases. Kicks penned blogs that highlight the careers and creative processes of prolific furniture designers, and tied them to their respective pieces in Liberty & 33rd’s catalog. Now would-be customers can do their research right on liberty33rd.com and feel more informed about hitting the “add to cart” button.
Delivering an easy-to-use eCommerce website can be challenging when you are trying to educate and inform with the ultimate goal of capturing sales. One thing that makes juice love + happiness unique are their Field Guides and Outposts. Knowing that CBD oil is sanctioned by online payment processing, juice love + happiness developed a program where users can sell to in-person networks and in-store. Categorizing products to be easily sorted by users, we try to lead potential customers to products they want or most likely need. Let us lead your eCommerce strategy in the right direction.
Using a simple product page layout, we reinforce the specifications with FAQs to help users understand common themes relating to the CBD oil industry and its usage. As users complete their orders, they can use their Field Guide or Outpost code in order to alert the juice love + happiness team of the user's affiliation to said organizer, but why does this matter? juice love + happiness give back a portion of the proceeds to a charity chosen by the Field Guide or Outpost. Now, that is a company that cares.
When you’re in the consignment game, haggling comes with the territory. As a purely online storefront, Liberty & 33rd knew that a bargaining system would be key to replicating the in-person experience.
Sometimes the haggling goes both ways. Kicks implemented a page where users can sell high-end furniture they own to Liberty & 33rd. Conditional logic on the submission form lets users add multiple pieces, write descriptions, upload photos and set asking prices.
Kicks built an offer system where users can submit an offer on a particular piece for Liberty & 33rd’s review. If accepted, a dynamic pricing feature pushes that asking price live to the user for purchase.
