Kicks Digital Marketing is now hiring a creative Freelance Content Marketer to curate content production for Kicks clients including blog posts, social content and occasional ad copy. We’re looking for a versatile and timely content extension to our team.

The ideal candidate understands the critical phases of content creation from moderate planning and research to execution, ensuring all content meets clients’ business goals and objectives. Qualified candidates will be able to take client objectives, dictated by our Marketing Managers, and provide custom content solutions for various brands.

Candidates should also display a solid understanding of how their content fits within the entire marketing ecosystem (e.g. branding, social media, editing, SEO, and design impact).

Pay is based on content per post and your level of skill.

RESPONSIBILITIES

At Kicks, the Freelance Content Marketer works directly with our Marketing team.

• Directly communicate with our Marketing Managers relating to projects and content approval
• Understand the delivery workflow to ensure deadlines are met
• Edit and proofread content to ensure we are producing accurate, high-quality marketing pieces
• Produce content for blogs, social media, and paid advertising
• Participate in occasional content planning phone calls with our internal Marketing team

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in content development
• Professional experience working with a digital agency, preferred
• Ability to craft compelling narratives on a variety of channels
• Solid understanding of SEO and how it is leveraged in content generation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an ability to adapt to the prioritized workflow
• Commitment to deadlines and quality control
